Jayne Bingham

Practice Manager

I started work as a dental nurse in 1975. After having a family I came back to work and now have many years of clinical experience I am also registered with the General Dental Council.

I enjoy all aspects of my position as Practice Manager, making sure all clinical and legal policies are in place and also the day to day running of two practices. I am also a tutor for The Pepper Training Academy ensuring all students achieve their qualification in dental nursing.

My family is very important to me I have been married for 30 years and have two grown up sons. I really enjoy cooking for my friends and also family holidays.

My dream is to be part of the Pepper Clinics Vision and I am honoured to work with people who want to achieve and make the business successful. Our aim is to make the patient journey the best that they can experience.

Diane Bowers

Practice Manager

I first commenced my role at Makwana & Patel Dentiques Ltd as a Receptionist in January 2005. I have always worked in Customer focus and Administration roles which I really enjoy!

I was promoted to Practice Manager 4 years ago and the role is ever changing with great development for me and team. At present I am working on a NVQ in Management and have an active role in the financial part of the business.

Away from the Practice, I have been married to Dave for 25 years and have two children, Jack 19 and Alice 14. I enjoy walking, reading and visiting Portugal every year where I spent time with my parents and sisters family.

I love the challenge that this company offers and the various initiatives which are in place and always work to high professional standards. The team are great and we are all growing and developing at every opportunity which is offered. The future is bright.

Tonia Norris

Practice Manager

I have been Dental nursing since I was 16 years old, have thoroughly enjoyed working with different dentists and different clinics, it has given me a wide range of knowledge and experience which I have built up through the years.

I am currently working at the Hamptons’ Dental Care as an practice manager. My role is to keep the practice running smoothly and effectively and help patients with anything they may require.

I have 2 children, Lauren and George I enjoy spending quality time with my family at weekends.

I enjoy working for Makwana & Patel Dentiques Ltd because it allows me to be part of a team where everyone cares.

Sharon Denson

Senior

I joined the Pepper clinic team in February 2004 as a Dental nurse at Yaxley. I then became a receptionist at Hampton in 2006. Since then I have gained promotion to a senior role in the business.

I enjoy meeting all the patients and making sure their dental experience is a good one.

I am married to Robert and we have two lovely daughters, Jasmine and Amy. We love to go on family holidays together to the sun.

It is nice to be a part of The Pepper clinic Team, knowing all the staff at each location and working with them.
